As of today 84 east bound will not be open by this weekend so plan for the alternative
As Troy posted Washington highway 14 to Hood River bridge and up 84 from there
Or highway 26 to hwy 35 to Hood River and up 84 from there
The good thing is 84 west bound is open

Be sure to check road reports on Google before leaving to drive to ORP. Still looks like I-84 is probably not going to open EASTBOUND. West bound after the race on Sat and Sunday at this time looks like it will be open.
