Great News everyone. :D :)
Marilyn was able to secure a seperate room at the Gold Cup Conference for us.  So I am pleased to announce that we will be having RC car Races at the Conference for the kids young and old. PKA will be bringing up the timing system and will be holding training on how the run the AMB timing and scoring.
So a call to all of the NW Kart Clubs  and your members. If you have someone that is new to scoring or if anyone want to learn how the system works this is a great opportunity for you or your members to get some free fun knowledge of the system.
And for all of the kids this it a great time to do a little racing and  have some fun. ;) :)
We will have some prizes and gifts for the competitors.
Sponsoring this event is  :) ;D
PORTLAND KARTING ASSOCIATION, COMPETITION MOTOR CORP., KART-O-RAMA, NKA INSURANCE, MIKES KARTSTANDS. We are looking for 3 more sponsors of the event so if you interested please call Mike Schorn 503-324-9072.
Marilyn has also graciously volunteered  on our request to hold a session on filling out paperwork after a regional race that needs to submitted to IKF. This session is highly recomended to all of the clubs as it will reduce the stress of the weekend race in making sure the proper paperwork is completed and sent in. So get reservations in and let your club members know what's going on this year at the conference.

More Great news SPS Racing will be sponsoring a RC Car at the conference.
Kyle Driver is bringing candy for the drivers.
I heard this weekend that some of big kids are placing bets for candy on who is a better driver. WOW  :o nothing like a racer mentality  ;D :)
