Its that time of the year to start thinking of what the racers want to run where to run and when to run.
So now is the time to throw out some thought suggestions topics that can be brought up at the conference for the next year.
Remember it is the input of the racers to their respected club representatives that will be brought up at the conference.

So, what happened? I haven't seen any notes about the conference here or over at nwgoldcup.com. What, if any, rule changes are there?

Here are a couple of the items from the Gold Cup Conference.
Five events this year
April 4-6 Location to be determined hosted by Puget Sound Road Race Association
May 2-4 at Sumas International Motorsports Academy hosted by SIMA
May 23-25 at Spokane hosted Spokane Kart Racing Association
June 27-29 at Horn Rapids hosted by Tri-City Kart Club
August 29-31 at McMinnville hosted by Portland Karting Association

Each weekend will count as two races. So best 8 finishes will count toward year end points.
Mg Tires will be the spec tire for all classes of the Gold Cup. Allowed to run only one set of tires for both days of the weekend.
Two Sponsored Classes
World Formula Pro Sponsored by Nitro Radish and Rotax Senior Sponsored by SMAK Plastics.
$4000 in prize moneys for each class.

We are working on the rules updates and details and hope to have them posted by the middle of December.

So does that mean each class runs twice per weekend? If so will that mean less classes, or the same number of classes but not split into different days?

Is there an estimate on when the 2015 Gold Cup rules will be posted?
